Finishing
Using automated finishing machines in order to obtain a better performance of the final product, Printco may perform mechanical non-conformities, material cuttings, surface coverings as well as special procedures or operations of binding and packaging, in superior technical conditions.
The finishing operations are split in six main categories:
▼ Mechanical non-conformities
▼ Material off-cutting ► Surfaces covering Plasticizing operation of covering the support on one side or on both sides with a layer of plastic foil; it is recommended for supports with density over 170gr/sqm. Both shinny or mate foil can be used. UV varnish the most friction resistant ( for cars equipped with UV lamps). The UV varnish may be applied totally or selectively. The selective application is performed by screen printing, and that is why lines thinner than 1 mm will be avoided. ▼ Binding ▼ Special procedures ▼ Packaging |
