▼ Which is the difference between RGB and CMYK?
▼ Recommendations regarding the usage of graphic files format ► Delivery conditions for graphic elements. EuroBusinessGroup accepts the following files format for using the graphic information: Corel Draw (*.cdr), Adobe Illustrator (*.ai), Adobe Acrobat (*.pdf), Adobe Photoshop (*.psd), under PC platform and MacOS, but with some limitations. The layout's dimensions - must have an additional boarder (technically know as brut or bleed) of 5 mm compared to the product's final dimensions. The elements from the files - must use the CMYK color specter. If you want some elements to be folio printed, these must be delivered in a vectored format. It is advisable that the fonts you use - will be vectored ( or transformed into curves) if possible. It is advisable that the images - are in *.tiff or *.psd format. The *.jpg ones have an inferior quality, being obtained by compressing the *.tiff format. It is mandatory that they be in CMYK format, with a resolution between 300 and 400 pixels/inch, depending on the type of paper used for printing. In the case of absorbent materials such as offset paper, the printing resolution may have values in the inferior zone of this range. In case of using special colors - , it is advisable that they respect the instructions in the client's Corporation Identity Manual, or be chosen using the Pantone palter. In case they are used we recommend not to apply effects (transparency for instance) on the objects that contain these colors. |
